摘要:某循环流化床(CFB)锅炉中温过热器发生爆管,通过对爆管管样进行金相组织检验、化学成分分析、
机械性能测试等,认为爆管是由于短时超温运行所致。为此,采取了使中温过热器管屏内蒸汽流向由“C”形
改为“z”形,在给水管路上增加憋压阀,燃烧调整等措施后,使机组的超温问题得到了显著的改善:
