循环流化床锅炉J阀结构参数对回料量影响的冷态试验研究及应用+

摘 要：在循环流化床冷态试验台上．开展了J阀结构参数对于回料量影响的试验研究．试验表明，在相同回料风量下．J阀循环宣
高度降低．有利于提高回料量，循环室与支持室通道高度在一定范围内改变．不会髟响到回料■．只是在通道高度比较低时，对于回抖
量产生影响。根据试验结果．对包头第一热电厂DG470／971-l循环流化床锅炉J阀．进行了技术改造-降低循环室高度274mm·解决
了该锅炉常出现的J阀回料不畅，振动等问题．确保锅炉安全经济运行．
