循环冷却水化学处理的研究

摘要：针对哈尔滨啤酒有限公司采用高碱度、高硬度水质作为循环冷却水补水对换热器造成的结垢问题，用
静态、旋转挂片试验和动态模拟实验方法研究了循环冷却水化学处理的方法。研究结果和现场运行表明
GMl001配方适于循环冷却水补水化学处理，而且浓缩倍数不超过2．5倍时可达到良好的缓蚀阻垢效果，若想增
大浓缩倍数运行，需要加酸调节pH值。
