研 究 与 设 计 微波法制备 LicoO2 正极材料及其电化学性能研究 徐 徽 , 周春仙 , 陈白珍 , 皮关华 (中南大学 冶金科学与工程学 院 ,湖南 长则 4 10083 则 摘要 :采用机械球磨和微波加热烧结方法研究 了不 同补捏量对捏 离子蓄 电池正极材料 LicoO2 的物相结构 、形貌及 电 化学性能的影响。对制得 的不 同捏钻 比 LicoO 样 品 ,通过 X 射线衍射(XRD) 、扫描 电镜(SEM) 和恒 电流充放 电测试仪 2 等进行检测 ,得 出采用微波合成 LicoO 材料 时最佳 的补捏量为 2.5% ,室温下以 20 mA/g 进行恒 电流充放 电 ,其首次 2 充放 电比容量分别为 160.58 mAh/g 和 153.44 mAh/g ,10 次循环之后 比容量为 141.67 mAh/g。 关键词 :LicoO ;正极材料 ;微波法 ;电化学性能 2 中图分类号 :TM 912.9 文献标识码 :A 文章编号 :1002-087 X(2006)07-0591-03 Preparation of LiCoO cathode material by microwave processing and 2 study of its electrochemical performance XU Hui ,ZHOU Chun-xian ,CHEN Bai-Zhen ,PI Guan-hua (School of Metallurgical Science and Engineering ,Central South University ,Changsha Hunan 4 10083 ,China ) Abstract :The effects of different Li/co ratio on the crystalline structure, morphology of particles and electrochemical properties of LicoO2 cathode materials for lithium-ion battery prepared by means of mechanical ball-milling and microwave processing were mainly studied in this paper. The different Li/co ratios LicoO were characterized by 2 X-ray diffraction, scanning electro microscopy and constant current charge-discharge test.
