神经营养性关节病x线征象的再探讨（Discussion on neurotrophic arthropathy of the X-ray signs） Re discussion of X ray signs of neurotrophic arthropathy Neurotrophic arthropathy, also known as Charcots joint (Charcots joint), is rare. The X-ray findings of 17 cases are further analyzed on the basis of previous reports. 1 materials and methods Methods 17 cases of 7 menstrual cycles from February 1972 to 1999 were collected, including 9 males and 8 females. Age 12~66 years, average 40.7 years old. The course of disease ranged from 0.5 to 28 years, with an average of 6.9 years. Location: 8 cases of right elbow joint, 3 cases of left elbow joint, 2 cases of left shoulder, right shoulder, left wrist, left ankle, thoracolumbar (t 12 - L 1) = 1. Clinical features: 14 cases of joint swelling, 12 cases of progressive deformity, 7 cases of hyperactivity, 3 cases of snapping, 13 cases of pain disappearance, 4 cases of mild tenderness and numbness of upper limb. Has been confirmed by surgery 3 cases with syringomyelia, 1 cases of spinal cord lipoma, traumatic peripheral nerve injury in 3 cases, with 4 ~ 5 cervical vertebral fusion malformation in 1 cases, 9 cases of unknown etiology. The lesions were taken at regular, lateral, or oblique radiographs, and were read by 3 radiologists. 2 Result 2.1 bone resorption 14 cases. The resorption of the joint end was truncated in 8 cases, with a slight patchy density, 6 cases with small point like low density shadow in the articular surface, and 3 cases of articular surface bone destruction in 5 cases. 2.2 periosteal reaction 16 cases. Diversity of morphological and density changes. The periosteum was triangular in 10 cases, thinner than the articular surface, about 1mm, and gradually thickened near the articular surface.
