《海南医学)2008年第19卷第2期 文章编号：1003--6350{2008)02—049—02 论 著 1932例剖宫产指征分析 胡巧苋 (广东省恩平市妇幼保健院，广东 恩平 529400) 摘要 目的 通过对我院2003年1月～2006年12月1932例剖宫产病例进行回顾．分析总结我院剖宫产指 征，探讨降低剖宫产率，提高自然分娩率，减轻产妇经济负担的方法。结果显示：我院近四年平均剖官产率为 38．23％，并出现逐年增高的趋势，主要表现为难产为指征的剖宫产率下降，孕期合并症及并发症和社会因素为指 征的剖宫产率明显升高，胎儿窘迫、臀位、瘢痕子宫则无明显改变。结论 降低剖富产率需要医务工作者和社会 共同努力。 关键词 剖宫产：发生率：指征 中图分类号：R719．8 文献标识码：A Analysis of the indications for 1932 cesarean section HU Qiao—xian (Women and Children Hospital of Enping City，Enping 529400 China) Abstract 0bjective Studied retrospectively cesar~an section of 1932 cases in our hospital from January 2003 to December 2006．Analyzed the indications for the cesarean section．Discuss how to decrease the cesare— an section rate，increase natural childbirth rate，and lighten the economic burden of the pregnant woman．Re— stilts The average rate of cesarean section in our hospital in recent four years is 38．23％．And the rate in— creased year by year．The cesarean section rate decreased that the indications is difficult labor．The cesarean section rate increased significantly that the indications is pregnancy complications and social factors．The ce— sarean section rate did not change significantly that the indications is fetal distress，breech presentation and scarred uterus．Condusions The cesarean section iS related to the medical staft and the social factors．Ws should master the indications of cesarean section appropriately and try to decrease cesarean section rate． Key words caesarean section；rate；indic
