Inrecent years, many researchers have payed attention to analyzing learners’phoic errors, butmost of them are aimed at the subjects of students, especially college students, middle schoolstudents, and only a feitted by English teachers. Inprevious researches about the teachers’ phoic errors, errors are often collected in oneschool, but the analysis and parison about errors betprove the English pronunciation and the oral English level of our secondlanguage learners effectively, the author analyzes the phoic errors mitted by teachersfrom four middle schools. ……… 1.2Purpose of the Study Oral English is an essential and important part to a successful munication.
