地奥司明及七叶皂苷在治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全中临床观察[摘要] 目的 探讨地奥司明与七叶皂苷在治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全（CVI）中的临床疗效。 方法 选择2008年1月～2011年12月我院血管外科收治的145例CVI患者，通过随机分组的方式获得地奥司明组和七叶皂苷组，分别为70、75例，分别就用药前、用药后第15天、第30天作为时间点给予评分并进行比较分析。 结果 同组比较中，用药后第15天、用药后第30天均与用药前的评分低，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05），用药后第30天与用药后第15天比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。两组比较中，在用药后第15天比较差异无统计意义（P ＞ 0.05）；而在用药后第30天后，沉重感和腿部肿胀方面，七叶皂苷组评分显著低于地奥司明组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；在疼痛和夜间小腿痉挛方面，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05），但是七叶皂苷组评分低于地奥司明组。 结论 七叶皂苷和地奥司明作为静脉活性药物中的天然药物，能改善CVI患者的临床症状和体征，注意地奥司明的用药不良反应。 [关键词] 下肢慢性静脉功能不全；地奥司明；七叶皂苷；临床观察 [中图分类号] R543.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2012）08（b）-0057-03 Clinical observation of Diosimin and Aescine in the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency CAO Zhang Department of Gastrointestinal Vascular Surgery, the Central Hospital of Zhengzhou City, He′nan Province, Zhengzhou 450007, China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Diosimin and Aescine in the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency (CVI).
