摘要：从近年来国内外发生的大停电事故和电网大互联的稳定运行要求看，电网调度自动化系统是保障电网安全运行的重
要工具。提出以智能电网调度技术支持系统为基础，实现电网调度的精细化管理。通过功能完善的智能电网调度技术支持
系统进行电网风险防范，实现在线分析电网运行状态，实时对各重要电网断面进行“N一1”扫描和稳定计算分析，查找出
电网实时运行中的薄弱环节，对电网稳定运行存在的主要问题进行提前预警，并给出合理的电网安全调整策略，使得电网
稳定运行真正实现可控、能控和在控，减少电网运行风险。
