不孕妇女卵巢功能及卵巢动脉多普勒特点相关性探究[摘要] 目的 研究卵巢因素引起的不孕症妇女卵巢动脉多普勒特点与卵巢功能的关系，为不孕症的诊治提供依据。方法 收集2010年9月～2011年3月在我院就诊的35例不孕妇女为研究对象，列为不孕组，同期选择30例正常育龄妇女为对照组，测量两组围排卵期和黄体期卵巢动脉血流多普勒参数：收缩期最大流速（S）、舒张期最小流速（D）及阻力指数（RI），并测定两组围排卵期末梢血中雌二醇（E2）和孕酮（P），然后对两组进行对比分析。结果 围排卵期不孕组血E2、P低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。不孕组围排卵期和黄体期卵巢动脉S、D均显著低于对照组，而RI高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 彩色多普勒超声观察卵巢因素引起的不孕症妇女卵巢血供多普勒参数可判断卵巢功能状况，对不孕妇女的治疗有一定指导意义。 [关键词] 彩色多普勒超声；不孕妇女；卵巢血流 [中图分类号] R711.6[文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）25-123-02 The Correlation of Ovarian Function and Ovarian Artery Doppler Characteristics in Infertile Women XU Weiying ZHANG Leqin XU Qin ZHANG Congling Yueqing People’s Hospital in Zhejiang Province, Yueqing 325600, China [Abstract] Objective To study the relationship between ovarian function and ovarian artery Doppler characteristics in infertile women caused by ovarian factors, providing the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. Methods Collected 35 infertile women for the study as the infertility group from September 2010 to March 2011 in our hospital, and choosed 30 normal women of childbearing age at the same period as the control group; Ovarian artery blood flow Doppler parameters around ovulation and luteal phases of two groups were measured: systolic velocity （S）, minimum diastolic velocity（D）and resistance index（RI）; Peripheral blood estradiol（E2）and progesterone （P）around ovulation phase of two groups were also determined, then the indicators of two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results Serum E2, P around ovulation phase of the infertility group were lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）. Ovarian artery S, D around ovulation and luteal phases of the infertility group were significantly lower than the control group, while the RI was higher, and the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion The use of color Doppler ultrasound to monitor the blood supply of infertile women caused by ovarian factors can
