PBL结合CBL及LBL教学法在消化内科临床见习教学中的实践与研究 侯洁 徐冬 唐铭燕 郁卫刚 陈国强 【摘要】目的 探讨PBL结合CBL及LBL教学方法在消化内科临床见习带教中的教学效果。方法 研究对象为我院消化内科临床见习学生,共42人,随机将其分为实验组及对照组。实验组采用PBL+CBL+LBL教学方法;对照组采用LBL+CBL教学方法,比较两组教学效果。结果 PBL+CBL+LBL教学方法在提高学习效率及自学能力、激发学习兴趣、建立临床思维模式等方面显著高于CBL+LBL组。结论 PBL+CBL+ LBL教学方法优于传统教学,有助于医学生临床思维和实践能力的培养。 【关键词】 PBL;CBL;LBL;消化科;临床见习教学 Evaluation of PBL combined with CBL and LBL in clinical practice of Gastroenterology Hou Jie, Xu dong , Tang Ming-yan, Yu Wei-gang, Chen Guo-qiang, Corresponding author: Yu Wei-gang,E-Mail : The affiliated Jiangyin hospital of Nantong university,Jiangyin,214400,China 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the teaching effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning (CBL) and lecture-based learning (LBL) in clinical practice of Gastroenterology. Methods The subjects were clinical students in the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital and they were randomly divided into two groups, one is trail group and the other is controlled. Students in trail group were trained by PBL+CBL+LBL, While students in controlled one were taught by CBL+LBL. We compared the teaching effect of the two groups. Results The teaching effect of PBL combined with CBL and LBL group was significantly better than that of the CBL and LBL group(P﹤0.05),such as it can improve study efficiency and self-learning ability, stimulate study interest, establish clinical thinking and other aspects.
