应用油水井立体调整技术降低注采系统能耗 左立娜 大庆油田有限责任公司第五采油厂 黑龙江 大庆 163513 摘 要:随着油田开发的不断深入,高含水层、高含水井点逐渐增多,油层平面差异大、层间干扰严重,如何调整高低含水层注采关系,合理控制低效无效循环是目前油田开发中急需解决的关键问题。单纯的水井端控水或者油井端控液时地层压力波动较大,不利于套管、水泥环等的保护,也不能满足高含水后期稳油控水的需要,更无法实现控制能耗增长目标。油水井立体调整技术,通过分析各类油层控水控液潜力,采取油水井精细分层、对应分控、合理调整的方法,实现了高、低含水层的区分对待,有效控制了低效无效注采。现场应用4个井组,调整前后对比平均井组产液降低29.2t,产油增加0.5t,年控制无效产液0.96×104t,减少无效注水53m3,年控制无效注水1.75×104m3,当年投入产出比达到1:2.24。 关键词:立体调整技术 节能降耗 低效无效注采 Application of Oil and water Wells Stereo Adjustment Technology in Saving Energy and Reducing Consumption Sheng Shoudong (No.5 oil production plant of Daqing Oilfield Limited Company) Abstract:With the deepening of the oilfield development,high aquifer layers and high water well point increase gradually,the differences between oil layers is large, the interference between interlamination is serious. How to adjust the relationship between high and low water cut layers,reasonably control inefficient and invalid cycle is the key problem that urgered to be solved in oilfield development. When only controlling water on the end of water well or liquid on the end of oil well,formation pressure will fluctuate greatly,which is harmful to casing and cement ring. Simultaneously,it can’t meet the need of steading oil and controlling water in high water cut period,as well as it cant achieve the target of controlling energy consumption growth. By analysising the potential of controlling fluid/ water of all kinds of reservoir,take the method of fine adjustmenting oil/water wells’ layers、correspondingly dividing and control and rationally adjusting liquid produced,oil and water wells stereo adjustment technology could distinguish treating the high and low moisture content layers,effectively controlling the inefficient and invalid injection-production.Field testing 4 well groups,compared the data before and after adjustment,the average liquid of well groups reduced 29.2t,oil increased by 0.5t,yearly invalid liquid decreased by 0.96×104t,reduce invalid injection 53m3,yearly in
