The principle of hydraulic system of shield machine is expounded in this paper. The system is simulated by using AMESim simulation tool. The simulation results show that the volatility of conventional pressure control will cause flow, normal flow control will cause the fluctuation of pressure and flow and pressure compound control can carry out pressure closed-loop control and closed loop control but flow, thereby reducing the pressure and flow fluctuation, to achieve real-time control of the thrust pressure and thrust speed to. Preface Shield tunneling machine is a kind of complex electromechanical system used for underground tunnel excavation. It has the functions of controlling cutting soil, transporting soil debris, assembling tunnel lining, measuring direction and correcting deviation, etc.. Shield tunneling machine has been widely used in subway, railway, highway, municipal and hydropower tunnel project. With the excavation speed, quality and labor intensity, high safety, the surface subsidence advantages and little influence to the environment, than the traditional drilling and blasting method of tunnel construction has obvious advantages, has good comprehensive benefits. The propulsion system to bear the whole shield mechanical jacking tasks required to complete the shield tunneling machine, turning curve, attitude control, error correcting and synchronous movement, the shield function along the predetermined route, is one of the key system of shield machine.
