摩托车活塞组结构（Motorcycle piston assembly structure） Piston set is one of the main parts of engine operation. In the various faults of motorcycle engine, piston set fault occupies a certain proportion. Because of the poor working conditions of piston sets, it is easy to cause abnormal wear and damage once the maintenance and use are careless. For this reason, this paper intends to make an analysis of the structural features of piston assembly, the functions of each component and the main points of maintenance, which will be of reference to motorcycle enthusiasts and maintenance service personnel. The structural characteristics of the piston In a motorcycle engine, the piston is the first part to transmit the explosive force of the fuel to the outside. It bears the brunt of the high temperature and pressure in the combustion chamber.
