R ecognition and interpretation of fau lts are mi portant form itigating natural calam ity through disaster forecast, such as landslide, debris flow and other d isasters. It is also significant form ineral exp loring. In this study, ALOS remote sensing ( RS) mi agesw ere introduced. Interp- etatiom of construcitve fau lt fractureswere conducted through a detailed study of terrain and landform features on RS mi age. In Dexing area, there aremore than 100 constructive fractures.
