第38卷第6期 甘　 肃　 冶　 金 Vol.38 No.6 2016年12月 GANSU　 METALLURGY Dec.,2016 文章编号:1672-4461(2016)06-0118-04 运用六西格玛方法提升邯钢冷轧汽车用钢DC03产品质量 杜艳玲,于光远,郭振国,何　 方,杨西鹏 (河北钢铁有限公司邯郸分公司,河北　 邯郸　 056015) 摘　 要:随着钢铁市场竞争化日益激烈,销量提升,用户对汽车板的要求也日趋多样化和个性化,应国内某汽车厂 用户对邯钢DC03提出了160~200 MPa 的窄屈服强度空间,并且要求稳定化。 邯钢采用六西格玛管理方法,对邯 钢汽车板DC03生产工艺进行了改进,运用DOE实验设计,通过消除流程中影响主要因子:C含量、精轧(F1)温度、 连退平整延伸率的波动因素,通过DOE优化试验,使得生产工艺更加稳定,缩小了成品屈服强度的波动范围,最终 邯钢实现了屈服强度按 160~200 MPa,屈服强度PPk达到1.0 的目标,较好的满足了用户的特殊需求。 关键字:汽车用钢;屈服强度;稳定化;六西格玛 中图分类号:TG335　 　 　 　 　 　 　 文献标识码:B Using 6σMethod Improve DC03 of Hansteel Product Quality DU Yan-ling,YU Guang-yuan,GUOZhen-guo,HE Fang,YANG Xi-peng (Handan Iron and Steel Group Co.
