老年医学与保健 2007 年第 13 卷第 1 期 Geriatr Health Care, 2007,Vol.13.No.1 社区老年人卫生服务有赖于全科医疗 周　瑾　解　军 【摘要】　目的　探讨社区老年人慢性病的防治和管理。方法　对长风地区 100 位≥ 60 岁老年人健康影响因素进 行调查分析。结果　老年人各种慢性病患病率为 82%。平均每位老年人患病 1.62 种。老年人对社区卫生服务需求中较 迫切的是就近医疗占 65%，健康教育，上门服务各占 42% 与 40%。结论　要进一步在全科医疗实践中探索老年社区 卫生服务模式。建立以老年人为中心，家庭为单位，社区为范围，社区服务中心为基础的全方位检测的基础服务系统。 对老年人实施三级监护，提供三级卫生服务，开展老年人健康教育，健康促进，改变不良的生活方式，改善健康功能， 提高生活质量，降低医疗保健费用。 【关键词 】　社区卫生服务；　监护；　健康教育；　老年人保健服务 [ 中图分类号 ] R49 [ 文献标识码 ] A [ 文章编号 ] 1008-8296(2007)-01-0045-03 Health service for the elderly in community depending on general practice ZHOU Jin, XIE Jun Changfeng Community Health Service Center, Shanghai 200062, China 【Abstract】　Objective　To explore prevention and management for the senior citizens who have some chronic diseases. Methods　After investigation and analyzing of 100 senior citizens aged over 60 in Changfeng District to find out factors which will influence their health. Results　We found that 82% of the elderlys have some kinds of chronic diseases. The results showed that each senior citizen had 1.62 sorts of chronic diseases on average. The results also showed 65% of the senior citizens needed most from the community is that they can get health service nearby. 40% of them prefer visiting service while 42% prefer any forms of health education. Conclusions　We suggest that wed better explore the new community service model for Senior Citizens in General Medical Care research. This model means that we should establish a basic service system which centered by the senior citizens with the help of families in whole community to do full examination.
