本 科 毕 业 论 文 题目：幼儿教师情绪管理的初步研究 A preliminary study of preschool teachers emotion management 学 院 年级专业 幼儿姓名 学 号 指导教师 完 成 日 期 2014 年 3 月 幼儿教师情绪管理的初步研究 摘要:情绪是人心理活动的外部表现，良好的情绪可以使人能够更好的处理生活工作中的各类问题，相反不良的情绪则会给人交往等方面带来负面的影响。 教师情绪管理主要体现在自我管理和他人管理两方面；情绪管理的意义不仅仅惠及教师本身，同时对于教学质量的提升乃至幼儿园的发展都大有裨益。 做好师情绪管理需从三个方面入手：社会的支持、幼儿园的支持、教师自身的作用。社会需要完善政策，对教师期望合理化；幼儿园则需要提供宽松、和谐的工作环境，满足教师需要，建立教师情绪管理体系，用以完善教师情绪管理支持系统；教师个人需要提高认知水平，科学运用情绪管理的方法以建立自身情绪维护系统。 关键词：情绪；教师；情绪管理 Abstract:Emotions are external manifestations of human mental activity,good mood makes people better able to deal with various issues in the work life,on the contrary negative emotions will have negative impacton people,and soon. Teachers’emotional management contains emotional self-managementof teachers and teachers’ emotional management carried out by others.Teachers’emotionalmanagement has a variety of meanings: fit is conducive to the development andperfection of teachers and it is conducive to the healthy growth of students;more over,it is conducive to schools’ long-term development. Teachers’emotional required from three aspects:social support,supports of teachers in kindergartens.Societies need to improve policies,rationalization of teacher expectation;the kindergarten you will need to provide a relaxed and harmonious working environment and meet the needs of teachers,establishing emotional management system for teachers,to improve the teachers mood management support system;individuals need to raise the level of awareness of teachers,scientificuse of emotional management methods to establish their own mood maintenance system.
