中国农学通报 2013,29(32):247-251 Chinese Agricultural Science Bulletin 鄱阳湖生态经济区可持续发展能力测度研究 康小兰，杨国强，刘 滨 （江西农业大学“三农”问题研究中心，南昌330045） 摘 要：对鄱阳湖生态经济区的可持续发展能力进行排序，为区域更好地实现生态与经济的协调发展，为 落实国家战略提供决策参考。首先，构建以生态支撑、经济支撑、社会支撑三大系统为基础的鄱阳湖生 态经济区可持续发展能力评价指标体系，并以鄱阳湖生态经济区25 个主要县域为研究具体区域，使用 层次分析法和主成分分析法进行测度。结果表明，可持续发展生态支撑能力排名靠前的县域，综合可持 续发展能力排名一般靠前；以牺牲生态支撑来发展经济的县域则综合可持续发展能力较低。 关键词：鄱阳湖生态经济区；可持续发展能力；主成分分析 中图分类号：F32 文献标志码：A 论文编号：2012-3970 The Study of Measurement for Sustainable Development of Poyang Lake Ecological Economy Zone Kang Xiaolan, Yang Guoqiang, Liu Bin (TheCenterofStudy“Sannong”,JiangxiAgriculturalUniversity, Nanchang 330045) Abstract: The author researched the sustainable development ability of Poyang Lake ecological economy zone, and ordering, as the region better realize the harmony of zoology and economy, in order to implement the national strategy to provide decision-making. The author constructed the ecological support, economic support, social support three system based on Poyang Lake ecological economic zone, sustainable development evaluation index system, and to the Poyang Lake ecological economic zone in 25 major county as research in specific areas, using AHP and principal component analysis to measure. The results showed that: sustainable development ecological support capacity of the top county, the comprehensive sustainable development capacity ranking general front; at the expense of ecological support to economic development, social support of prefectural region comprehensive sustainable development ability was generally not high.
