Equipment manufacturing technology 2011 first, with the development of science and technology, mechanical hand has been widely used in various fields, the operator from heavy, monotonous and repetitive physical labor liberation. Especially in the high temperature, dangerous and harmful operating environment, mechanical arm can be used instead of human part of the operation, [1]. Therefore, the analysis and research of robot arm is very meaningful. The author uses the Fischer original combined model of mining mechanical arm was designed, and the finite element analysis by ANSYS software, [2] provides a basis for further research. 1 mining mechanical arm structure design, mining robot arm by the arm, the arm drive motor, bucket arm, bucket arm drive motor and so on. The swinging structure of the screw type connection is adopted. The advantages of the design are as follows: (1) the nut can be stably moved, thereby driving the swinging arm to swing with the bucket arm, and the mechanical arm reaches the preset position. The utility model has the advantages of convenience and simplicity, and [3] (two). (2) screw transmission ratio, the output can achieve a larger force, can function in the simulation of excavator obstacle surmounting, the use of mechanical arm to the front end of the car body tilt, the more obstacles, the manipulator rotates 180 DEG, the use of mechanical hand supporting the body, the crawler can easily cross the obstacle. The schematic diagram is shown in figure 1. The movable arm is the main component of backhoe work. This design adopts the integral moving arm. The structure is simple, the quality is small and the rigidity is big. It is suitable for long-term operation [4].
