婚姻家庭治疗师的核心能力（Core competencies of therapists in marriage and family） Core competencies of therapists in marriage and family American Association of marriage and family therapists May 2004 Corecompetencies@aamft.org The core competency outlined in this article is the minimum requirement for an independent consulting business in marriage and family therapists (MFT). The formulation of core competencies conforms to the 6 core values of IOMs health service system: security; patient center; efficiency; effectiveness; timeliness; impartiality. This paper lists 139 core competencies, which are divided into 6 main domains and 5 two level fields. Main areas include: 1) consultation: all activities prior to signing a consultation contract between consultants and those seeking help. 2) diagnostic evaluation: all activities that identify problems in consultation. 3) planning management: all activities that lead to the process of consulting and consulting activities. 4) implement disturbances: improve all the activities of the consulting issues. 5) legal issues, professional ethics and professional standards: laws, principles, values, etc. about MFT. 6) research and plan evaluation: all the questions about the system analysis of counseling and how to effectively consult.
