Methods: 15 cases of the juvenile rheumatoid arthritis in children with low dose of prednisone, naproxen treatment received MTX 10 mg/M2 orally, 1 times a week; in the normal body temperature, symptoms and joint pain disappeared after hormone reduction in 3~6 months to start, reducing end stop, but for hormone dependent type to 1 years.
