Abstract: In order to solve t e problem of t e lack in running and maint enance funds in public laboratories,
properly deal w it t e relat ions ip betw een t e teac ers and t e laboratory staff, im prove t e management of
public resources and ensure a fair use of t e public resources, a sustainable fund guarantee mec anism for t e
running and maintenance of public equipment is establis ed in sc ools and t e operat ion met od is also estab
lis ed. By implementation of t ese measures, t e ut ilization ratio and availability of t e equipment are im
proved and t e equipment upgrading is expedited. Meanw ile, free opening and s aring of t e public laborato
ry are ac ieved w ic enables t e students to arrange t eir experiments f reely and independently .
