分类号：TU D C：D10621-(2012)1784-0 密 级：公 开编 号：2008031008 SPWM控制芯片在DC/DC电源中的应用设计 SPWM控制芯片在DC/DC电源中的应用设计 摘 要 在电子电力技术日新月异的今天，对供电电源要求越来越苛刻。电源是实现电能变换和功率传递的主要设备，电源设计已从传统线性电源转换为开关电源，其设计关键是电源的逆变技术，而逆变的核心是正弦脉宽调制法SPWM）的产生及控制调节。产生标准的、精确的SPWM信号是实施这种方法的关键，因而SPWM信号的产生方法和电路一直被人们高度重视抑制逆变器输出谐波的，已经得到广泛的应用。SPWM产生方法，和几种方法的设计思路。最后详细地介绍了利用TL494芯片设计的一个SPWM产生电路的技术细节。分析了硬件设计的各模块原理，及介绍了实际调试的结果和结论，和对样品的一些改进意见以及对未来开关电源的展望。文章介绍的SPWM芯片的应用设计，在电子系统设计中有良好的应用价值及工程意义。 关键词：电源；开关电源；正弦脉宽调制SPWM；TL494 Application Design of SPWM Control Chip in the DC/DC Power Abstract In power electronics and technology, more and more demanding power supply requirements. Power is the power conversion and power transmission equipment, power supply design from the traditional linear power supply switching power supply, the key is to power inverter technology, while the inverter is the core of the sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) generate and control regulation. Of the standard, precise SPWM signal is the key to the implementation of this method, thus SPWM signal generation method and the circuit has been that people attach great importance, SPWM has good inhibition effect of the inverter output harmonics, has been widely used. This article describes the several SPWM the method, and several design ideas. Explained in detail the technical details of a SPWM Generation Circuits use of TL494 chip designed. Hardware designed principles of every module, and the results and conclusions of the actual debugging. And sample some of the improvements and the outlook for the future of switching power supply. The article introduces the application of SPWM chip design, good application value in the electronic system design and engineering significance.
