聚合物提高采收率
摘 要 聚合物驱是提高采收率的方法之一,但存在聚合物粘度过高的问题而影响了提高石油采收率,因此提出降低聚合物的粘度。本文通过对木质素、聚丙烯酰胺及其驱油理论和聚合物驱油理论及其今后国内外的发展状况等方面的研究,为聚合物降粘实验提供了有利的实验基础理论和研究意义。 本文主要阐述了降低部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)的粘度的变化。通过大量的实验,对药品性能的了解,对聚丙烯酰胺的驱油机理的正确理解,分析了影响聚丙烯酰胺粘度变化的影响因素。其中对于加入木质素质量最多的同浓度HPAM溶液,随着时间的变化,降粘效果最好,且粘度值不为零,最后趋于一条直线;对于加入同质量木质素的最大浓度HPAM溶液,随着时间的变化,降粘效果最不明显,最后也趋于一条直线;对于同浓度HPAM、同加量木质素与HCl溶液复配实验降粘效果最好。 关键词:聚合物驱;聚合物;采收率;木质素;聚丙烯酰胺;降粘 Abstract Polymer flood is one of the methods to improve the recovery efficiency. But the existing problem that the viscosity of polymer is too high affects the oil recovery efficiency, so it is posed to reduce the viscosity of polymer. Through the study of lignin, polyacrylamide, oil displacement theory, polymer oil displacement theory and its thesis provides advantaged basic experiment theory and the meaning of study for the polymer viscosity reduction experiment. This thesis mainly describes the change of the decreased viscosity of the partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide, and analyzes the factors which affect the change of the viscosity of polyacrylamide by a large amount of experiments, and the learning of the performance of the pharmaceuticals, and the correct understanding of the oil displacement mechanism of the polyacrylamide. Among them, as the change of time, the HPAM solution of same concentration that adds the most mass of lignin has the best effect of the viscosity reduction. And the number of the viscosity doesn’t equal to zero, and an last it tends to a straight line. Among them, as the change of time, the HPAM solution of maximum concentration that adds the same mass of lignin has not obvious effect of the viscosity, and last the number also tends to s straight line. Among them, the experiment that combines the HPAM solution of same concentration, the lignin of same mass with the HCl solution has the best effect of the viscosity reduction.
