M ethods 18 cases ( 21 lesions ) w ith fibrous cortical defect w ere exam ined w ith radiograph , and CT scan w as perform ed in 13 cases ( 14 lesions), 8 cases ( 9 lesions) w ere follow ed up for 1 ~ 3 ears. 2 cases w ere proved b operation and patholog . The anal sis w as focused on theX - ra and CT features. R esults T otal 21 les ionsw ere found in 18 cases, of wh ich the les ion w as located at distal metaph sis of fem ur in 10, at proxmi alm etaph sis of tibia in 5, at diaph s is of tibia in 3, at proxmi alm etaph sis of femur in 2 and at proxmi alm etaph sis of hum erus in 1. Single lesion w as seen in 15 patients, w hile mu ltip le lesions in 3.
