This article will Beijing as an example , the use of surveys, statistics , reasoning and other methods , in-depth discussion and analysis of the factors affecting personnel in Beijing Traditional swimming school training, and to understand its management , personnel training and various game situations , after investigation we learned that : ( 1 ) about swimming in the traditional schools are generally more developed and open counties . While others are lagging behind the county did not pay attention , it also needs to further improve the facilities . ( 2 ) on the current situation in Beijing is concerned, it is still far from satisfactory for the management of state schools .
