FUEL CONTROL PANEL INOP Lights indicate switchlights have not been armed, or the Boost Pumps are INOP or producing low pressure FUEL CONTROL PANEL ON indicates less than 9 psi from Main Ejector and both BOOST PUMPS are operating.  ON ON FUEL CONTROL PANEL Lights Out is Normal Indication with engines running. Means pumps are ARMED but not operating. Fuel Cross Flow Controls the fuel balance between wings..Caution message appears on the EICAS when fuel imbalance exceeds 400 lbs 3 ways Auto mode ..When 200 lbs or more imbalance occurs the computer starts auto crossflow Manual mode..When Auto mode inop Gravity Crossflow..
