Minimum Obstacle Clearance Altitude (MOCA) Same as MEA, but only guarantees NAV coverage with in 22nm of the station. Minimum Crossing Altitude (MCA) You must cross an intersection with a MCA at or above the specified altitude due to a change in the MEA Minimum Reception Altitude (MRA) Minimum altitude that you are guaranteed to receive NAV signal to identify a waypoint Off Route Obstacle Clearance Altitude (OROCA) Guarantees obstacle clearance when flying off of the airway system Maximum Authorized Altitude (MAA) Maximum altitude a pilot is permitted to fly in ensure you are not receiving NAV signal from more then one NAVAID
