南方灵芝的选育及多糖成分 李挺　宋斌黄浩 广东省微生物研究所，广东省菌种保藏与应用重点实验室，广东省微生物应用新技术公共实验室，广东省华南应用微生物重点实验室——省部共建国家重点实验室培育基地，广东 广州 510070 摘 要：研究了广东、海南的野生南方灵芝Ganoderma australe子实体经组织分离获得的菌株菌丝生长和出芝栽培的生物学特征，测定了出芝形态较好的株菌株的多糖含量。结果表明，在平板培养时，样品HMIGD 21640、GDGM 25503菌丝生长速度较快，14.516.2 mm/d；在袋料栽培过程中，样品GDGM 25745、GDGM 25747、HMIGD 21640菌丝生长速度较快30d能长满袋；出芝实验表明样品GDGM 25745，GDGM 25747，HMIGD 21640子实体形态较好；样品GDGM 25745多糖含量最高，可达到0.4950%，是其它菌株多糖产量的23倍。综合比较，样品GDGM 25745可选为适合驯化栽培的优良菌株。 关键词：，生物学特征，Selection and polysaccharide constituents determination of Ganoderma australe strains LI Ting　DENG Wang-qiu*　SONG Bin　HUANG Hao State Key Laboratory of Applied Microbiology Southern China, Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Microbial Culture Collection and Application, Guangdong Open laboratory of Applied Microbiology, Guangdong Institute of Microbiology, Guangzhou, 510070, China Abstract: The biological characteristics of mycelial growth and cultured basidioma of the strains isolated from wild Ganoderma australe basidiocarps collected from Guangdong and Hainan provinces were studied. The polysaccharide contents from the submerged cultivation mycelium of five Ganoderma australe strains whose basidiocarps had a good-shape were measured. Results showed that the mycelial growth of strains HMIGD 21640 and GDGM 25503 were fast in the plates, 14.5－16.2mm/d; the mycelial growth of strains GDGM 25745, GDGM 25747 and HMIGD 21640 were fast by substitute cultivation, which can overgrow after 30d; the strains GDGM 25745, GDGM 25747 and HMIGD 21640 had good-shape basidioma in fruiting experiments; the polysaccharide contents from strain GDGM 25745 were higher, up to 0.4950%, which was 2－3 times than those of the other Ganoderma australe strains. Comprehensive comparison, the strain GDGM 25745 was chosen as a good strain for artificial cultivation.
