The economic development is relatively backward and the problems of basic medical institutions is serious in these areas. The problems can be summarized as three missing: lack of talent, lack of equipment, lack of business premises. The current situation of township health is not optimistic, and township health is dif - ficult to satisfy the farmers suffer from a serious illness. This paper through to survey research the situation of health per - sonnel in west of Guangxi, and analysis of the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to solve grassroots medical and health personnel problems in western of Guangxi provides a basis.
