 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 中国经济新常态下的农业发展方式及对策研究 专 业：管理科学与工程 学 号：M150444 姓 名：佐梦娇 2016年2 月 中国经济新常态下的农业发展方式及对策研究 摘 要 伴随着经济新常态的到来，中国农业也呈现出“新常态”的特征。在中央经济工作会议上，习近平总书记深刻指出，我国经济发展进入新常态，是我国经济发展阶段性特征的必然反映，是不以人的意志为转移的。新常态反映在农业领域，表现为农村经济发展的速度变化、结构优化和动力转化，归根结底是要加快转变农业发展方式。不出意外，2015年的中央1号文件又一次聚焦“三农”。这已经是中央连续12年将1号文件聚焦在“三农”工作上。“这是因为在中国经济进入新常态的背景下，中国农业发展也进入新阶段，面临新的挑战和矛盾。”国务院发展研究中心研究员程国强说。因此研究经济新常态下的农业发展方式与对策俨然成为了一个重要的课题。 本文首先介绍问题的研究背景，分析当前农业发展面临的挑战，并提出文章的思路和主要研究内容；其次试图探讨农业新常态的对策。 关键词：新常态 农业 挑战 对策 Development and countermeasures of Chinese agricultural economy under the New Normal ABSTRACT With the arrival of the new economic normality, Chinese agriculture is also showing a new normal characteristics.
