摘 要 福建宁化粮油仓库位于宁化县翠江镇内，马运路与金枫路的交界处，交通便利。仓库的荷载为150kN/m2，弯矩为250kN·m，水平力为100kN。仓库为一层框架结构，长48.74m，宽18.48m。工程安全等级，场地等级，地基等级均为二级。场地地面标高在2.68～3.21m之间，相对高差为0.53m，原为农田，现已整平。场地内没有地表水系存在，场地西有一小河，水面标高为0.8m。根据地形勘察报告、上部结构设计图和荷载分布，初步选择沉管灌注桩基础，柱下独立基础和CFG（Cement fly-ash gravel）。承台下有一15mm厚的C15混凝土垫层。 关键词 仓库 沉管灌注桩基础 独立基础 CFG桩基础 Abstract Storehouse of rice and oil is located in the town of Chui Jiang in Ning Hua ,on the crossing street of Ma Yun and Jin Feng. Finally, the individual footing as the best choice storehouse is the frame of structure the length is 48.74m, wide is 18.48m. The depth of foundation is 2m, the height is 1m. Which have two steps, the up step’s height is 400mm, the site is 1.5×1.5m2. The down step is 600mm and 3×3 m2,and the concrete protection is 40mm. The change of step height is 560mm. Using C15 concrete, Ⅰlevel steel. The arrangement of the steels is . There is have the fitted stratum which thickness is 15mm under the bearing plan.
