Method : Investigate 85 SARS outpatients’clinical presentation after hospitalization ; to screen their tongue figure with numeral camera ; to observe pulse figure. To have statistics analysis to discuss the character of the clinical presentation. Result 1 Clinical presentation : the familiar symptom : sweatiness ( 61 examples , 71. 8 %) , tiredness (59 example , 69. 4 %) , breathing hard (55 example , 64. 7 %) , palpitation (48 examples , 56. 5 %) , cough (41 examples , 48. 2 %) , fidget with hot feelings in the five centers (41 examples , 48. 2 %) , thirsty anf bitter (39 examples , 45. 9 %) , insomnia (35 exam ples , 41. 2 %) , inappetence (32 examples , 37. 6 %) . 2 Tongue figure : in tongue shape , majority is natural , minority is swollen shape or teeth - prints on tongue or thin ; in color of tongue , more is damask , minority red or dismal or purple ; in tongue coating , more is thin - white or white - greasy or yellow - greasy , a little thin - white or coating - deficient or coating - dry ; in vein in the bottom of tongue , majority is natural , minority is wider in diameter or bend. Conclusion Pathogenesis character is that vital Qi is deficient and pathogen ignored. clinical presentatio
