摘 要 金融创新与金融安全的协调发展对于经济的平稳发展意义重大。从微观层面上看，金融创新对金融安全的积极影响表现在规避金融风险、发展金融市场和提高金融效率等方面；从宏观层面上看，金融创新的宏观效应主要表现在金融创新对金融发展安全、货币流通和金融体系稳定性等方面。但是，在美国次贷危机的爆发和升级过程中，金融创新被认为是次贷危机爆发的重要原因之一。金融创新是一把“双刃剑”，对金融安全也会带来巨大的挑战。金融创新可能造成货币流通的不确定性、金融体系的脆弱性、金融危机的传染性和系统性风险。本文具体分析金融创新与金融安全间相互关系并结合美国次贷危机对我国的金融业进行了探究并提出相应的策略。 关键词：金融创新，金融安全，次贷危机 Abstract Financial innovation and financial security for the coordinated development of the economy of smooth development is of great significance. From the micro level, the positive impact of financial innovation on the financial security is to guard against financial risks, develop financial markets and improve the financial efficiency and so on; from the macro-level point of view, the macro effects of financial innovation, mainly in the financial innovation on the financial security, the circulation of currency and financial system stability and so on. But financial innovation is considered to be one of the important reasons for the outbreak of the subprime mortgage crisis in U.S. and the upgrade process. Financial innovation is a double-edged sword, which can also bring great challenges. Financial innovation may cause the uncertainty of currency, financial system, and financial crisis of the vulnerability of the infectious as well as systemic risk. This paper analyzes specific relationship between financial innovation and financial security. In addition, make a thorough inquiry on Chinas financial industry combining with the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis and then put forward the corresponding strategies.
