We will render full support to the chief executives and governments of the two regions in their work and unite with people from all walks of life there in a joint effort to maintain and promote the prosperity, stability and development of Hong Kong and Macao. ? 我们坚持“和平统一、一国两制”的基本方针和现阶段发展两岸关系、推进祖国和平统一进程的八项主张，同台湾同胞一道，加强两岸人员往来和经济文化等领域的交流，坚决反对台湾分裂势力。 We will adhere to the basic principles of peaceful reunification and one country, two systems and the eight-point proposal on developing cross-straits relations and advancing the process of peaceful national reunification at the present stage.
