2105.基于“可持续发展”的伦敦奥运规划与实施探讨 Discussion of London Olympic Planning and Implementation Strategies based on the “Sustainable Development Theory 康盈 Kang Ying 【摘要】伦敦以“可持续发展”为申奥承诺，成功获取2012 年夏季奥运会的举办权。伦敦颇有远见地 将奥运重心由举办赛事本身转移至推动城市的整体更新与改造，借奥运契机重建一个长年贫困和落后的东 伦敦区域，在实施各类基础设施的同时注重奥运“遗产”规划，以及整体生态环境的综合治理及修复工作。 伦敦奥运从申奥目标、规划设计到后期的实施建设，切实体现“可持续发展”的规划理念与思路。本文就 伦敦申奥目标的提出、奥运规划框架的制定、规划选址、规划布局及实施建设等内容，探讨可持续发展理 念在伦敦奥运中的具体体现。希望通过总结伦敦的创新举措，对奥运及其它国际性体育赛事及超大规模功 能性建筑的构建，提供一定的参考和借鉴。 【关键词】可持续发展；奥运规划；实施建设；奥运遗产 【Abstract 】Using Sustainable Development as the Olympic bid commitment, London has successfully achieving the goal of hosting the 2012 Summer Olympics Games. However, London has stated that their focus this time is not on the match itself, but rather, to use this opportunity to promote urban renewal and transformation to one of the poorest and most deprived Eastern London area. Much of London’s attention, besides providing various infrastructures for the game, is to consider the after-use of these facilities, what they call the Olympics legacy planning. In order to embody the planning concepts and ideas of sustainable development, London has set strategies to carry out a comprehensive eco-environment treatment, to make it more livable and re-habitable. This paper has therefore focused on exploring the concept, planning objectives, planning strategies and planning implementations related to the delivery of sustainable development, hoping some of these innovative strategies and techniques will provide some references and inspirations to the future construction of Olympic and other related mega-sports events. 【Key Words 】sustainable development; Olympic planning; planning implementation; planning Olympic legacy;
