In the process of netw ork econom y continu ing to grow and expansion, the m onopo ly phenom enon of operatorsabuse of m arket dom inance occurs in som e h igher degree of m arket concentration areas, w h ich hinders fair com petition of relevant m arket, and it also underm ines the social and pub lic interests. D evelopm entin g from traditional econom y , the netw ork econom y, but has som e new law s and new features d ifferent from that of traditional econom y ，typ ically, such as netw ork externalities, user lock effect etc, these new features challenges the relevant standards of the trad itional identification of the abuse of dom inan t m arket position . Secondly, it analyses the form ation features of m onopoly under the netw ork econom y based on the introduction of C hinas netw ork econom ys status quo.
