论行政处罚的原则 政法系 11法学 龙嘉佳 1140202044 指导老师：刘昕 摘要：为了促进我国建设法治国家的进程，我国近年来在对法律体系的建设与完善这一方面十分努力，进步也十分明显。行政行为可分为抽象行政行为，依职权的行政行为，依申请的行政行为以及其他行政行为，本文讨论的内容所涉及到的行政处罚即属于依职权的行政行为，而行政处罚的基本原则，则是在执行行政处罚过程当中，为了合法合理合情而必须遵守的原则。 关键词：行政行为，行政处罚，基本原则，依法治国 Abstract: in order to promote the process of the construction country under the rule of law in our country, our country in recent years in the construction and improvement of the legal system, on the one hand, this very hard, progress is also very obvious.
