上海市社区卫生服务中心医务人员伦理学知识调查及建议 　　摘 要 目的：调查上海社区卫生服务中心医务人员的伦理学知识认知情况。方法：采取分层抽样方式，于2016年6―8月对上海市245家社区卫生服务中心的7 552名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果：医务人员对伦理学知识非常了解、基本了解、了解很少和完全不了解的人数分别为536人（7.1%）、5 411人（71.7%）、1 536人（20.3%）和69人（0.9%）。不同岗位、职称、学历的医务人员之间存在着明显的伦理学知识认知差距。结论：上海社区卫生服务中心医务人员的伦理学知识了解程度仍有待提高，需加强伦理学知识的学习和应用 关键词 伦理知识；医务人员；调查研究 中图分类号：R-052 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）10-0018-03 Investigation of the ethical knowledge in the medical staffs in the community health service centers in Shanghai and the suggestion CHU Jue1， ZHOU Feng2， LOU Lingzhi3， TAO Qiongying4， CHEN Huifang5（1.Beizhan Community Health Service Center of Jingan District， Shanghai 200071， China； 2. Methods： From June to August 2016， a questionnaire survey was conducted within 7 552 medical staffs in 245 community health service centers in Shanghai with stratified sampling method. Results： The number of people who knew very well， basically understood， knew very little and did not understand completely were 536（7.1%）， 5 411（71.7%）， 1 536（20.3%） and 69（0.9%） in 7 552 medical staffs， respectively. There were obvious differences in the understanding of ethical knowledge among the medical staffs with different positions， titles and academic qualifications. Conclusion： The degree of understanding of ethical knowledge in the medical staffs in the community health service centers in Shanghai remains to be improved.
