高校辅导员管理激励机制探析.pdf

摘 要 摘 要 高校辅导员是高校管理队伍和教师队伍的重要组成部分，是大学生思想政治教育和 管理的基层指导者和教育者，他们始终工作在学生思想政治教育工作的第一线。辅导员 队伍的稳定与发展关系到大学生的健康成长、学校乃至社会的和谐与稳定。但是，在新 的历史条件下，我国的高校辅导员队伍建设也出现了一些不适应和新问题。由于相关制 度和配套措施落后，高校辅导员队伍的高付出和低回报的严重不对等大大挫伤了他们的 工作积极性，出现高校辅导员队伍流动性大、工作敷衍了事的现象。因此，建立健全高 校辅导员管理激励机制有着十分重要的意义。 论文针对新形势下如何建立高校辅导员队伍建设激励机制这一问题作了进一步探 索，总结我国高校辅导员管理中取得的主要成就，分析了发展中存在的问题及成因，并 在不违背激励原则的前提下，从六个方面提出了优化高校辅导员队伍管理激励机制的基 本对策。 关键词： 高校辅导员；激励；激励管理；激励机制 I Abstract  Abstract College counselors are an important part of teachers and management teams, and college counselors who work at the front line of ideological and political are the grass-roots commanders and educators of the ideological and political work. The stability and development of college counselors’ team has to do with the healthy growth of student and the school as well as the stability of a harmonious society. However, some non-harmonic issues also occur in the university counselor staff along with the increasing social development. As the relevant systems and measures are backward, and counselor’s work input and gains are not coordinated, which hurts university counselor staff’s work enthusiasm greatly. Counselor staff is becoming unstable and they work negatively. So it is of great importance to establish and perfect the management and incentive mechanism of counselors in universities. In this article, the author puts forward some theoretic suggestions on how to build up an efficient incentive mechanism of the college assistants’ construction ，sums up the achievements, analyzes of the present situation of the Management and Incentive Mechanism of University Counselors in our Country, and propose
