高校“思想道德修养与法律基础”课教学实效性研究.pdf

摘要 高校思想政治理论课（以下简称“思政课”）承担着对大学生进行系统的马克思主 义理论教育的任务，是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道、主阵地。“思想道德修养 与法律基础”课（以下简称“基础”课）是高校开设的“思政课”四门主干课程之一， 也是大学生入学后接触到的第一门“思政课”，其教学实效性如何，不仅关系到后续三 门课的教学，也会从整体上影响高校“思政课”教学目标的实现。 以理性眼光审视当下的“基础”课教学，我们不难发现，虽然党和政府空前重视， 经过多方面的共同努力，“基础”课教学已经取得了比较明显的成效，但离党和政府期 待和要求的让大学生“真心喜欢、终生难忘、毕生受益”目标仍差距较大，依然面临着 教学教育观念更新和社会现实的诸多挑战，教学的实效性仍有待进一步提高。 本文的研究，首先厘清了“基础”课教学实效性的内涵，既理解其哲学内涵，又挖 掘其价值内涵；其次是通过对“基础”课教学现状的调查与分析，剖析教学实效性不高 的症结；最后从理论和实践的结合上寻觅对策，从改善道德与法制教育的环境、优化教 学内容、改进教学方法、提升教师人格魅力等方面 “多管齐下”，以增强“基础”课教 学实效性。 本文的研究，将有助于增强“基础”课教学的吸引力和感染力，让大学生在学习与 收获中悦纳该课程，感受课程独特的魅力；同时将有助于强化教师的使命感，最终有助 于全面提升当代大学生的思想道德素质和法律素养，实现教学目的和目标。 关键词：高校；思想道德修养与法律基础；教学实效性；因素；路径选择 Abstract Ideological and Political Course bears the task of implementing Marxist theory education on university students, and it is the main way to conduct Ideological and moral education.
