学兔兔 煤 炭 工 程 2010年第12期 低压风力混凝土充填技术在沿空留巷中的应用 郭信山 (新汶矿业集团有限责任公司，山东新泰 271200) 摘 要：研制开发了低压风力混凝土充填系统，采用该系统对协庄煤矿1ll11w工作面回风 巷进行巷帮充填，保持了巷道硕板的完整性，对顶板进行了有效支护；并对回采工作面进行了全 工作面人工充填，有效阻止了老顶关键岩块的旋转下沉，大大减少了巷道压力，对沿空留巷的成 功意义重大。 关键词：沿空留巷；低压风力；巷帮充填；工作面充填 中图分类号：TD353 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1671—0959(2010)12-0030-03 Application of low pressure pneumatic concrete backfilling technology to goaf side gateway GU0 Xin—shan (Technology Center，Xinwen Coalmining Group Corporation Ltd．，Xintai 271200，China) Abstract：A low pneumatic concrete backfilling system was researched and developed．The system was applied to the backfilling for the gateway sidewall of the air—returning gateway in No．1 1 1 1 1 w coalmining face of Xiezhuangmine．Thus the completeness of the gateway roof was kept and the gateway roof was effectively supported．The system was applied to themanual backfilling of the fullmining goaf in the coalmining face．Thus the rotary subsidence of the key rock blocks in themain roof were effectively restricted and the strata pressure in the gateway was highly reduced，which would have the great significance to the success of the goal side gateway remained．Th e experiments showed that the system would be practical，simple and high promotion and could be a set of a rational backfilling equipment for the gateway． Keywords：goal side gateway；low pressure pneumatic；backfilling of gateway side；backfilling of coalmining face 机构包括翻车机、电动滚筒、破碎机、耙装机、给煤机、 1 概 述
