论文题目:家族企业职业经理人信任机制研究 摘要 随着我国经济转型时代的到来,越来越多的家族企业认识到仅仅依靠家族内部人力已不足以维持企业的成长,必须借助外部人力补充,为企业带来新的管理方式和注入新鲜血液。相继职业经理人的出现似乎可以改善企业危机,但是却在引入职业经理人的同时并未能达到预期的价值目标,而是使委托代理双方陷入了信任困境。本文将从家族企业及职业经理人的研究现状、委托代理及信任理论入手,用文献整合、博弈及案例分析方法,分析了委托代理双方之间存在信任危机的根源,主要有职业经理人在职业道路上存在的机会主义行为、家族企业中家观念的根深蒂固、制度秘密的公开度以及内外部环境的影响。最后得出了职业经理人“搭便车”、道德风险和家族企业不能很好的解决权利分离、制度公开问题,并就上面出现的信任困境提出了相应的解决对策:采用激励约束机制完善企业制度和职业经理人市场,建立一个温馨、信任、相互合作的文化氛围,并通过分享人力资本的增值价值来帮助企业度过这样一个改革转型期。 [关键词] 家族企业 职业经理人 信任困境 激励机制 约束机制 [论文类型] 应用研究类 Title: Research on family business professional managers trust mechanism ABSTRACT With the advent of the era of Chinas economic transformation , more and more companies recognize the family relying solely on internal human family have been sufficient to sustain the growth of enterprises , requires the help of external human complement for enterprises to bring new management and inject fresh blood. Have professional managers seemed to improve corporate crisis can occur , but at the same time the introduction of professional managers failed to achieve the expected value of the target , but to make the agency the two sides into a trust dilemma.
