Inviting party is the main part of the bill of quantities preparation it is of great significance to implement the whole process control of the list. On the basis of analyzing the research status of the quality list preparationfrom the perspective of the whole project implementation process of fine managementthe pre-control method based on the comprehensive unit price adjustment and the key issue review of the tender control price is put forwardthe mid-control method based on tender clarification and price adjustment control are proposedthe post-control method based on the mid-process payment control is put forwardwhich aimed at reducing the adverse impacts on the tender side.
