知识管理:持续战略能力的源泉(国外英文资料) Knowledge management: the source of sustainable strategic capabilities Abstract: in recent years, there has been a study and promotion of knowledge management in business and management circles, and it is affirmed that the most successful companies in the future will be companies that keep learning and building knowledge management. This paper puts forward that knowledge management is the source of sustainable strategic ability, and expounds the elements of knowledge management, such as continuous training, the ability to improve organizational learning and benchmarking, and the establishment of knowledge management platform. Key words: sustainable strategic competence; continuous training; knowledge management; Benchmarking Since 1990s, there has been a boom in research and promotion of knowledge management in business and management circles, and gradually evolved into the core power of sustainable development of enterprises. Its also true that the most successful companies in the future will be companies that keep learning and building knowledge management. In the field of strategic management, the pursuit of sustainable strategic capabilities, and how to obtain and maintain the advantages of enterprise capabilities, has been the focus of attention of management scholars and business people. The following focuses on the sources of sustainable strategic capabilities: the continuous training of knowledge management, the ability to improve organizational learning and benchmarking, and the establishment of a knowledge management platform.
