Abstract The In todays world, the political situation is undergoing profound changes, and how to get out of the difficult position of global governance and justice assignment needs based on the macroscopic point of view, which is from a philosophical and political point of view to re-examine the theory of international justice theory and the current order. Rawls as the giant of western political philosopher, did a lot of research and theory construction in the last century, such as Theory of Justice, Political Liberalism and The Law of Peoples laid the theory foundation of modern global governance and the distribution of justice. In the book of The Law of Peoples, Rawls gives a relatively clear but limited solution about international distributive justice, which stimulated a divergent discussion in a wide range. In this paper, first gives a extension analysis about basic connotation of distributive justice in Rawls The Law of Peoples. Then, through analysing the point of view of the critics and the defence of Rawls, this paper attempts to recognize the content about Rawls and such core concepts of justice as the difference principleand the obligation to assist. And explores the feasibility and limitations of Rawls theories in todays global realistic political and economic landscape. Although Rawlss political wisdom is pioneering and rigour, there is still some limitations and shortcomings.
