企业运营效率评价模型与应用方法研究AbstractThe evaluation of the enterprises operation efficiency is an important segment in timelyassessment,summarizing the present situation in the operation and management and takingmeasures towards greater efficiency,as well as one of the key function in the high profit andconstant competition of the enterprise. In order to get the enterprises incincible position in theglobal economy society, it is necessary to enhance the enterprises operation efficiencyconstantly. It doest attach enough importance to The evaluation of the enterprises operationefficiency. It has important meanings for enterprise how to evaluate he enterprises operationefficiency, and bring forward mend measures. This paper study the evaluation andimprovement of the enterprise’s operation efficiency by tools of management, economy,operational research and statistics. It discusses the theory and study position of the evaluationof the enterprise’s operation efficiency systemically, and introduces the applicabilities andlimitations of enterprise’s operation efficiency methods existed all-around. At the same time,the validity of DEA in the evaluation been studied.This paper analyzed the constituents andprinciples of evaluation indexes, and then considered sufficiently quantitative and qualitativeanalysis while doing the operation evaluation and setting up indexes of evaluation, combiningorganically with these two aspects to set up indexes. Based on the DEA and other existedmethods, considering the questions on both the hoery research and practice apply ,this paperset a new ways of evaluation, which combined W-Delphi with DEA, meanwhile, resolve theDMU taxisquestion by introduce the idle DMU.
