第 29 卷第 11 期 同　济　大　学　学　报 Vol. 29 No. 11 2001 年 11 月 JOURNAL OF TON GJ I UN IV ERSITY 　Nov. 2001 钢顶球铁裙组合活塞的三维接触分析 楼狄明 ,陈　勇 ,刘永莉 ( 同济大学沪西校区 机车车辆工程系,上海　200331) 摘要 : 以 16V 280ZJA 型柴油机钢顶球铁裙组合活塞为对象 ,建立了活塞钢顶 - 球铁裙 - 连接螺钉 - 活塞销四体 接触计算模型. 采用该模型对组合活塞在预紧工况、最大惯性力工况、最大气体爆发压力工况下进行了三维有限 元分析 ,根据 Von - Mises 屈服条件对活塞疲劳强度进行分析. 计算结果与该活塞在预紧工况与最大压缩工况下 的应力应变实验结果进行了对比 , 以确定活塞受力薄弱环节,从而改进组合活塞的结构设计. 关键词 :三维接触分析 ;组合活塞 ;机车柴油机 ( ) 中图分类号: TH 114 　　　　　　文献标识码 : A 　　　　　　文章编号 : 0253 - 374X 2001 11 - 1272 - 04 Three - dimensional Contact Analysis of Composite Piston with Steel Crown and Nodular Cast - iron Skirt L OU Di - ming , CHEN Yong , L IU Yong - li (Department of Locomotive and Rolling Stock Engineering , Tongji Universit y ,Shanghai 200331 ,China) Abstract : In this paper ,to study the composite piston with the steel crown and the nodular cast iron skirt of 16V 280ZJA diesel engine ,four - body contact model of steel - crown - the nodular cast - iron skirt - piston pin - connect ing bolt was constructed. The thesis calculated 3D finite - element displacement and stress of composite piston in the load case of the assembly forces ,the load case of the maximum inertia force and the load case of the maximum gas force ,and analysed the fatigue strength of composite piston according to Von - Mises yield condition.
