That is to say the outer w ater is diverted to Qijiang River so that the w ater flow will be aug- mented and the sel-f decontaminating capability of the river w ill be improved. Based on analyzing the ac- tual state and studying out projects, and comparing the three projects by using the one-dimensional un- steady w ater quality model, that one about diverting w ater from mult-i channel is adopted. Finally, some opinions and advices are presented.
